Explore Our Classes

All of our classes are designed to celebrate each dancer’s unique abilities, blending creative movement,
play-based learning, and therapeutic practices.

Every class is gently infused with Reiki energy and mindfulness, supporting body awareness, emotional regulation, and joyful self-expression. We offer four
types of classes, which are explained on this page.

Parent & Me Movement Therapy

(Tiny Movers 3–6 yrs & Groovy Movers 6–12 yrs)

A joyful and nurturing way to connect with your child, understand their world, and build trust. In these classes, children and caregivers move together from beginning to end, creating a safe and supportive space for growth.

  • "A Dance Therapy has been nothing short of transformational for my 18-year old son. Adriana adapted the therapy perfectly for my son. She was able to tap into his love of music and has crafted a routine that he absolutely adores. It's one of his all-time favorite activities. But the movement is more than just fun. It genuinely helps to strengthen his body and also to calm his mind. My advice is to give Adriana as much information about your child as possible, because it will help to get the ball rolling!"

    - Joshua Preven

  • "What really stands out about A Dance Therapy is the gentle, individualized approach and the playful, encouraging environment. We were looking for a supportive place where our daughter could express herself and feel comfortable, and since joining she has become more open, confident, and connected. She truly feels happy and safe every time she comes to class."

    - Olya Amano

  • “Miss "A" is the reason my daughter fell in love with ballet at a young age and is now at the pre-professional program at American Ballet Theater’s Jaqueline Kennedy Onassis School.”

    - Henny Naumman-Cain

  • “What makes this program truly different is the way the instructors blend movement, imagination, and emotional learning so naturally. The teacher meet each child exactly where they are, and somehow she make every class feel like a celebration of small victories. From the very first day, my daughter felt safe and welcomed. Watching her grow more confident, more coordinated, and more connected to her own feelings has been one of the most rewarding parts of our week. We’re so grateful for this program and the joy it’s brought into her life.” - Ana Aguilar

    - Ana Aguilar

    - Harshal Doshi

  • "Adriana has so enriched my daughter’s life through dance that we would follow her anywhere! Miss A has impeccable training - including teacher certification by the American Ballet Theater - and is a marvelously loving, positive person. It is a joy to watch her teach any children."

  • “Adriana was our son Mateo’s dance teacher for 3 years. Mateo started with Adriana before he could even walk! Adriana is always incredibly supportive, positive, and fun! We highly recommend her!”
